Doesn't work for me. Even after deleting serial key it just makes a new one with the same information. There is no 'activate via internet' option. I can only confirm the 'invalid' serial or exit.

I even tried activating the no serial demo mode, and it doesn't accept it.I have a feeling Steam is trying to sync some files or registry data, and it is breaking things. For example, I though normally 4:3 only was on by default, but in my registry it's off - and I've never had the game on this computer, nor have I gotten to any resolution settings. ♥♥♥♥ing morons, they sell a game on steam but the key is invalid? And no deleting the registry folder did nothing at all. However, you can instead open the resgtry folder and one the top 'Default' key you can right click modify, then add the serial steam gave you as the 'Value' of that key in the value data line click OK., THEN go back into the game and enter the key when prompted to get to the internet verification where you can cuss them out freely in the registration lines and it should then work.
